Entrepreneurs in this state have more choices than ever before, and the choices are governed by rapidly evolving statues. This book is designed to address the problems created by the absence of materials specifically geared towards helping Arkansas practitioners guide their clients in choosing between various unincorporated business entities.

Author

Carol R. Goforth is University Professor and the Clayton N. Little Professor of Law at The University of Arkansas School of Law, where she has taught a wide range of business oriented classes since 1991. In addition to numerous other publications on specific issues related to business organizations, she is a member of the American Law Institute (where she served as a member of the Consultative Group for the Restatement Third of Agency) and was an official observer to the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws’ Uniform Limited Liability Company Act drafting process.
