UA Press Poetry Series winners for 2004

  
The University of Arkansas Press thanks everyone who took part in the 2004 Poetry Series. The manuscripts—more than 400—were varied in style and subject and came from all over the country as well as Canada and Europe.

The following books were selected for publication:

  • K.E. Duffin. King Vulture. Ms. Duffin lives in Massachusetts. This will be her first book. (Spring 2005)
  • Gary Fincke. Standing around the Heart. Mr. Fincke lives in Pennsylvania. This will be his ninth book. (Spring 2005)
  • Elton Glaser. Here and Hereafter. Mr. Glaser lives in Ohio. This will be his sixth book. (Fall 2005)
  • Annie Boutelle. Becoming Bone. Ms. Boutelle lives in Massachusetts. This will be her first book. (Fall 2005)

The Press accepts submissions for the 2005 Poetry Series during the months of September and October 2004. Please review our poetry guidelines before submitting.
