Requests for examination copies must be made in writing on institutional
letterhead and must include:

• course name
• semester
• projected enrollment
• and instructor's office telephone number

Paperbacks are available for a $5.00 service fee. Please enclose a check or money order, or credit card information.

Cloth copies will be invoiced and shipped on a 60-day approval basis at a 20% academic discount. The invoice will be cancelled if we are notified within 60 days that the book will be ordered for classroom use. Otherwise, the book may be purchased or returned in salable condition, postage paid.
